Dylan Lampe  began as the Camp’s full-time Site Manager in January of 2020. He previously worked on the summer staff during the summers of 2018 and 2019, and was a camper for several years. Dylan graduated from Iowa State in 2019 with a bachelor’s in Animal Ecology. In January 2020, he joined Io-Dis-E-Ca’s staff as the site manager. Dylan also met his wife, Abby Lampe (Scheel), during his first summer on staff! They live on camp with their daughter.

As Site Manager, Dylan is responsible for the maintenance and development of Camp’s land and facilities.
